Who provides the service
Cindy Barbosa Torres (Bartor), tax ID (NIF) Y6004971F, Avenida de la Albufereta 57, Alicante, Spain. Contact: hello@bartor.eu. These terms apply to all branding, web design, social media content, stationery and AI automation services, unless the accepted proposal says otherwise.
Quote and acceptance
Prices shown on the website are indicative (“from”). After our first conversation I send a closed proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and price. The work is considered accepted when you approve it in writing (email or signature) and the initial payment is made.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in euros and do not include VAT, which is added to the invoice according to current regulations. External costs not listed in the proposal (extra printing, product photography, font or image licences, domains, hosting or third-party tools) are quoted separately and only purchased with your approval.
Payment
Identity and web projects: 50% when accepting the proposal and 50% on final delivery, before the final files are sent. Stationery: 100% when the design is approved, before it goes to print. Monthly services (content and automation): in advance, at the start of each month; the automation setup is paid when accepting the proposal. Payment by bank transfer or other methods stated on the invoice.
Timelines
Proposal timelines start once I receive the initial payment and the information and materials needed (copy, access, photos, questionnaire answers). If the project stalls for more than 30 days for lack of response, the schedule is rearranged according to availability and, after 90 days, the work done may be invoiced and the project closed.
Revision rounds
Each design project includes 3 rounds of revisions on the approved direction. Additional changes, or changes of direction after approval, are quoted separately.
Monthly services
Social media content (1 month of content in 2 h) and the AI automation fee are billed monthly, with no minimum term unless the proposal says otherwise. You can cancel with 15 days’ notice before the next cycle; the current month already paid is not refunded. Scripts and posts are approved before publishing. Social media results (reach, followers, sales) are not guaranteed because they depend on external factors.
Printing and physical products
Before printing you receive a digital proof for approval; once approved, any errors it contains are not Bartor’s responsibility. Printing is done by partner print shops and there may be slight colour differences between screen and paper. Printing defects or shipping damage are handled with the print shop for replacement.
Intellectual property
Once the full amount is paid, you are granted the exploitation rights to the approved final designs (logo, identity, pieces and website) for commercial use, without time or territorial limits. Unchosen proposals, sketches and working files remain Bartor’s. Third-party fonts, images or tools are governed by their own licences. Bartor may show the project in its portfolio and social media unless we agree on confidentiality in writing.
Cancellation
If you cancel a project already under way, the initial payment is not refunded, and the work done up to that point is invoiced if it exceeds that amount. If I am the one unable to continue, I refund the proportional part of the work not done and hand over what has been completed.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you hire as a consumer (not as a business or professional), you have 14 calendar days from acceptance to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to hello@bartor.eu. If you ask me to start before that period ends, you pay for the part of the service already provided, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been completed or the printed material has been personalised.
Liability
Bartor is not responsible for how the designs are used or for the information and materials you provide; you guarantee that you have the right to use them. In any case, Bartor’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
Data protection
Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy (/en/privacy). If an automation service involves processing your customers’ data, we will sign the corresponding data processing agreement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
